At OMHU you can pay with Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Klarna. There is no extra fee when paying at and the amount is deducted from your account approx. 48 hours after the order has been made. All prices are incl. VAT.


We deliver to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Italy, France, Holland, Belgium, Norway, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and the UK, but not to non-bridged islands. In United States our products can be purchased through Delivery is made to the curb, unless anything else is agreed. If you are not at home, we can leave the order in a garage, carport or similar. Please note this in the comments when ordering. We contact the recipient via phone/text/email for booking the delivery time.

Recipient’s responsibility upon delivery

  • The recipient must be available on the provided telephone number.
  • The recipient must inform in good time about everything that may affect the delivery, for example difficult to access road, access code etc.
  • Corrections to or cancellation of delivery must be made no later than 48 hours, before the agreed delivery time. If canceled later, an extra delivery fee will be charged.
  • If, contrary to expectations, the recipient is not at home to receive the delivery, a redelivery can be arranged for an extra fee.

Force majeure

We strive to always keep the agreed delivery times. Should we be forced to cancel a trip due to extraordinary circumstances which could not have been avoided, even if all reasonable measures had been taken, you will not be entitled to compensation. In the event of cancellation of delivery due to extraordinary circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and rebook the delivery.

By ‘extraordinary circumstances’ we mean: Situations where an event could not have been avoided even with all reasonable measures. Especially in the event of meteorological conditions incompatible with the delivery route in question and security risks or strikes affecting transport.

In this email, we ask you to provide the following so that we can process your inquiry as best as possible (we aim to process your complaint within 3 working days):

  • Your order number
  • Attach 3-5 pictures: Close-ups of the error and overview pictures.
  • Description of the problem and when it occurred.

Please, pay attention to the following:

Normal wear and tear: Wrinkles in the cover are a natural consequence of the use of your furniture. This can be remedied by washing/cleaning the fabric. Alternatively, you can order new fabric for your sofa.

Fading: Even the most color strong fabric will fade if exposed to sunlight daily. If the sofa is exposed to a lot of light, we can therefore recommend switching the cushions at regular intervals. We do not cover damaged floor/substrate caused by furniture. It is therefore important to protect your furniture with felt or felt shoes.  As a consumer, you have 24 months’ right of complaint according to the Purchase Act, and the Purchase Act’s defect rules can be used for all purchases on

Cancellation of purchase / return

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at This means that you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your furniture.

The return must be inititated no later than 5 working days after you have contacted us about the cancellation. In order for you to make use of the 14-day right of withdrawal, the item must be intact and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be made in original packaging and shipping costs are covered by the customer.

You are therefore welcome to try the product at home in the same way as you would in a showroom, but you must not use the product. If the item is used in ways other than what you would do in a showroom, we regard the item as used. This means that if you regret your purchase after use, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

We register your personal data in relation to delivery of the goods.

Personal information provided by the customer upon purchase is registered and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. No information is passed on to third parties.
