Our current delivery countries can always be found directly on our website.
Please note that we unfortunately do not deliver to non-bridged islands and certain remote areas.
All OMHU sofas are made-to-order, and expected delivery times are shown directly on the product page. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the selected color.
As our larger furniture pieces require specialised freight handling, delivery may take slightly longer than standard parcel shipping. This ensures your OMHU piece arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location and courier availability.
Delivery Service:

Confirmation & Scheduling:
The recipient must be available on the provided telephone number and email address.
Once the order leaves production, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. The local delivery company will then contact the recipient directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.
If unavailable at the agreed delivery time, it is the recipient’s responsibility to coordinate and reschedule the delivery directly with the carrier.
Delivery Inspection:
Upon delivery, a proof of delivery must be signed confirming that all packages have been received and that they arrived in the expected condition.
For any issues related to missing packages or transport damage, contact must be made to hello@omhucph.com within 48 hours of delivery.
