Approximately 1-2 weeks. If you haven’t heard from us after 2 weeks, your application may not have been submitted correctly. Please make sure the form is fully completed and that you receive a confirmation email from GRIN stating that your application was sent.
In some cases, our reply may also land in your spam folder - please check there as well.
Delivery takes approximately 4–8 weeks. Since an external delivery partner handles the final step, we can’t provide an exact date. Once they receive your sofa, they’ll contact you directly to schedule the delivery.
