Each TEDDY module is 200cm wide, 100cm deep, 70cm tall. To make the pit work, you need a room at least 4 meters wide. Add Corner Open units to wrap a corner. Add the Ottoman to bridge gaps. Add the Chair to seat one more without breaking the geometry.
