We deliver to the following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, UK, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, and Portugal. Please note, we do not deliver to non-bridged islands.
In the United States, our products are available exclusively through our partner, TEAK NYC, at teaknewyork.com.
Shipping a sofa is a bit different from sending a small item—it’s special freight, carefully managed to ensure your sofa arrives in perfect condition. While it may take a little longer than shipping a pair of shoes, it’s all about making sure your OMHU piece is delivered safely and securely.
Our delivery time is typically 1-2 months, though sometimes it may arrive even sooner. We strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible within this timeframe.
Shipping costs can be estimated directly on the product page, and the exact price will always be shown at checkout. The cost varies depending on your location, and it can fluctuate over time due to factors like shipping routes and courier availability.
Standard Delivery Terms
Delivery Service: All deliveries are to the curb and provided by a local delivery company.
Confirmation and Scheduling: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. The local delivery company will then contact you within 2–3 weeks to arrange a delivery time.
Flexible Delivery Options: The delivery company will reach out by phone or email to schedule delivery. If you cannot be home, you may authorize the delivery company to leave your order in a designated spot, such as a garage or carport. This option is at your own risk.
Remote Locations: Some remote or hard-to-access locations may pose challenges for delivery. We appreciate your understanding in these cases.
