If you’ve experienced a fault or issue with your product, we’re here to help.
Please submit your claim via our Claims & Returns Portal. Once your form has been filled out and submitted, our team will get back to you within a few business days.

Returns
You have a 30-day right of return when shopping at omhucph.com. This means you have 30 days from delivery to decide if you want to keep your furniture.
To start a return, simply submit your request via our Claims & Returns Portal.
Please keep in mind when returning:
- Items must be in original condition and original packaging
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
You're welcome to try your product at home — just like you would with a new pair of shoes or a dress — but please avoid using it. If the item shows signs of use beyond this, we may consider it as used, and that will affect the refund.
If you wish to cancel or exchange your item, we kindly ask that you complete a return through our Claims & Returns Portal and simply place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
