Showroom Assistant (part time)

Then OMHU’s showroom at Dortheavej 3C in Copenhagen is ready to welcome you as our new Showroom Assistant! 🎉

About the role as Showroom Assistant:

As a Showroom Assistant, you will be responsible for welcoming customers who have booked appointments to visit our showroom. You will present our iconic TEDDY sofa and other furniture, ensuring an extraordinary customer experience. During quieter periods, you will also handle inquiries via social media and email, as well as light tidying and cleaning of the showroom.

Your tasks

• Be the host of our showroom and ensure a personal and engaging customer experience ✨
  

• Handle and respond to customer inquiries and comments on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook 💬

• Keep the showroom neat and presentable 🌿

 

Working hours:

• One weekday shift: Tuesday or Thursday from 14:00 to 19:00.

• One weekend shift: Saturday or Sunday from 10:00 to 15:00.

• Approximately 10 hours per week.

• Shifts are decided within the team and flexibility is a must since some shifts are already covered.

What we are looking for:

• You have experience in customer service and perhaps retail sales – that’s a plus, but we care more about your passion for great service 🤝

• You have an interest in design and furniture, are excited about our products, and are ready to share that enthusiasm with our customers 🎨

• You are reliable and responsible – we need someone we can count on 🙌

• Experience with social media is an advantage, but not a requirement 🤳

• You are fluent in English, as we often have international customers visiting the showroom 🌍
