Now, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to take the lead and help grow our brand and community even further!

Who are we?

If you follow social media trends, you’ve probably heard of us. OMHU is a Danish design studio with ambitious international growth plans. We design and sell modern, functional furniture and are known for our TEDDY sofa, which is a bestseller in markets like Denmark, France, Switzerland, the UK, Spain, and the USA.

We are a D2C e-commerce company driven by digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and social media. Additionally, we have showrooms across Europe and the USA to give our customers an in-person experience of our products.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who:

  • Has 3-5 years of experience managing social media for a major brand—either in-house or at an agency.
  • Has hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest and knows how to create content that performs on each platform.
  • Stays ahead of online trends and instantly spots trending sounds, hooks, and concepts that are going viral.
  • Is both creative and strategic, with experience working with KPIs such as reach, engagement, and sales-related metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Is a sharp and fast community manager who understands how authenticity and timing impact engagement.
  • Has experience shooting and editing videos and images – knowledge of Canva and CapCut is a must, Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Can write captivating and engaging copy across different social media platforms.
  • Is structured, able to juggle multiple tasks, and thrives in a creative but fast-paced work environment.
  • Understands paid social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and how organic and paid content can work together.

What will you do?

As Social Media Manager at OMHU, you will take ownership of a wide range of tasks, from content creation to community management. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing OMHU’s social media strategy.
  • Creating, curating, and managing all content (images, videos, and copy).
  • Engaging with our community, responding to comments and DMs – quickly, authentically, and with personality.
  • Analyzing performance and adjusting the strategy based on reach, engagement, and sales data.
  • Collaborating with our Influencer Marketing Coordinator to ensure we always have relevant and engaging content in the pipeline.
  • Ensuring all brand assets across social platforms remain up to date (cover images, profile pictures, links, etc.).
  • Delivering a consistent flow of high-performing content to support our Performance Marketing Specialist in managing paid ads.
  • Staying up to date on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media.
  • Producing performance reports and recommending optimizations.
  • Experience with live content (live shopping, live streams, etc.) is a plus.
