Customer Care Assistant

OMHU is looking for a onsite Customer Care Assistant for our office in Copenhagen. Remote work is not possible. We are searching for someone who can support our customer service team, handle daily inquiries with efficiency, and ensure a personal and professional approach to all customers. If you are passionate about customer service, love working with technology, and have an interest in furniture and design, this could be your opportunity to grow with us.

You are a service-minded person who thrives in a busy environment that requires structure and attention to detail. You enjoy working with technology, and using tools like ChatGPT feels natural to you. You are quick to learn and ready to take on various tasks to support our Customer Care team and deliver high-quality service to our customers.

Your key competencies:

We imagine you have the following competencies:

  • Some experience in customer service or similar service-related roles.

  • Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar. Experience with Gorgias is a plus but not required.

  • Fluent English is required (written and spoken). Additional languages, especially German or French, are considered a strong advantage.

  • Ability to handle a steady volume of inquiries and resolve them efficiently and correctly.

  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and help improve processes, auto-responses, and macros over time.

  • Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with inquiries and support the team in daily operations.

What will you do?

  • Support in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat through Gorgias.

  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with routine inquiries and optimize macros.

  • Help manage inquiries on social media, ensuring consistent tone and quality in communication.

  • Assist in improving and structuring our customer service processes to enhance the customer experience.

  • Collaborate with other departments in OMHU to ensure customer inquiries are resolved smoothly.
