Holiday Delivery and Winter Schedule 2025/2026

Current delivery window

As of 24 November 2025, our website shows an estimated delivery window of 4 to 10 weeks. The current estimated delivery window can always be found on the product pages. This range reflects the reality of made to order furniture during the busiest season of the year. We review our production planning every day during this season and update delivery estimates accordingly so you always have the best possible information at the time of ordering. We work on a first come first served basis. The earlier an order is placed, the earlier it enters our production schedule. Our Black Week offers run until 1 December, so placing your order now ensures the best position in the queue with no risk of “surprise deals” later in the week.

Why winter matters for delivery

Black Week always sits at the very end of November. For a made to order brand like us, this aligns peak demand with Europe’s annual winter slowdown in transport. In the EU, UK, Norway and Switzerland, most logistics networks operate at minimal capacity from around 20 December to around 5 January. This is a fixed yearly pattern and affects all furniture brands.

What this means for your order

Our craftsmen work at full speed in the coming weeks to produce as many pieces as possible before the holiday break. Some customers will still receive their order before Christmas, but we cannot guarantee it at this stage.
From around 20 December to early January, there are very few trucks on the road and most hubs are closed or running on limited staff. Early January starts slowly, and normal delivery volumes return from week 3, around 12 January 2026.All orders follow the sequence in which they were placed.

What we do during the holiday period

Our craftsmen continues production during the logistics pause. While transport networks take their annual break, we focus on building your furniture, finishing details, completing quality checks and preparing shipments. This means that once transport partners reopen in January, many orders are already finished and ready to move.
Our goal is simple. To give you the clearest possible expectations and to deliver your furniture as early as possible once normal delivery routes begin to reopen.
