At OMHU, we’ve already gone viral - our sofas have taken social media (and living rooms) by storm. But we’re just getting started. As we scale and expand our collection, we need a Sourcer/Buyer who can open doors to the world’s best producers and turn bold new designs into reality.

Who We’re Looking For

You are a sourcing/buying specialist who:

  • Has 2+ years’ experience in sourcing, negotiating, supplier management, or production coordination in furniture, interiors, or design-driven manufacturing.

  • Technical skills is a plus

  • Loves building strong, long-term partnerships with manufacturers worldwide.

  • Understands furniture production processes, materials, and quality standards.

  • Can identify and onboard the right producers together with our design and supply chain teams.

  • Ensures all sourcing activities meet sustainability, environmental, and ethical standards.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where every decision makes an impact.

  • Communicates with ease across cultures and builds trust with international partners.


What You’ll Do

As a Sourcer/Buyer at OMHU, you will:

  • Research, identify, and engage new producers that fit OMHU’s design DNA and quality standards.

  • Negotiate and manage supplier relationships to secure long-term global partnerships.

  • Collaborate closely with the design team to develop and prepare new designs for production—ensuring feasibility, quality, timelines, and responsibility.

  • Work with the supply chain team to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment on logistics and production flow.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize our supplier base to support OMHU’s global expansion and sustainability commitments.

  • Report directly to the Head of Supply Chain, working cross-functionally across the business.
